SILVERLEAF TRANSITIONAL
Cantabria Homes remodeled Silverleaf 1318 after remodeling Silverleaf 1136 for the same owner who purchased the house as a remodel/flip. As with 1136, the entire home was remodeled inside and out. The two homes were the same floorplan, so we looked for ways to update the finishes to be current but different from 1136. This home was initially built when the popular interior design style consisted of rich, dark tones. The home had great bones and was located in one of the most desirable locations in North Scottsdale. Cantabria Homes worked with the owner and Interior Designers to bring the house into the current interior design styles. The home is now transformed into the current lifestyle fund in Scottsdale, Arizona.
