The Founder of Cantabria Homes, Brian Rives, learned his craft by working for some of the most highly respected publicly traded homebuilders in the Phoenix market before striking out on his own. Mr. Rives held management-level positions at these national homebuilding companies. Those positions included land acquisition, land development, and construction of neighborhoods. While these positions may seem complex, his approach to building custom homes is simple: work personally with each client to build their dream home with the highest possible standards and at the best possible value. Brian understands that the client’s time is just as valuable as his own and that their participation is just as vital to a successful project. Brian and the Team at Cantabria Homes seek to attain a level of trust with each client and to assure that they are a part of the process from the first designs on paper to the final finishing touches.
