Hillside Contemporary

This extraordinary project was a 12,000-square-foot, $2.9M Remodel / Addition. Cantabria Homes gutted the original house, removed part of the mountain behind the home to add 2,400 square feet to the original 10,000 square foot home, tore out the original pool, and built two connected negative edge pools with a new ramada. The house was completely redone inside and out, including all-new landscaping.
