This home was built in 2008 as the Showcase Home for Cantabria Homes. The home's general design concept was to be an "Arizona Homestead." Certain design concepts were taken from mega-million dollar homes in Aspen, Colorado, and then given an Arizona appeal. The 11,000 square feet home includes 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, Office, and a Casita - with its own bath and kitchenette. The home also has a gourmet kitchen, wine room, private courtyard, 5 fireplaces and game room with its own bar that consists of a built-in humidor, Crestron automated lighting and audio/video controls, and a 1,600 square-foot garage.
